Zoe O.

Corporal, Adjutant General's Corps, Staff and Personnel Support AGC(SPS).

Hello. Thank you for your question. If you are referring to the fitness assessments you complete at the Army assessment centre then I can help you with that? If you are asking about something different, please let me know. So, at the assessment centre you will be required to run 2km in 11 minutes and 15 seconds to meet the lowest adult soldier entry standard, other trades require a faster time. You will also complete the medicine ball throw. This will weigh 4kgs and must be thrown at least 2.9m for lowest standard entry, again other trades require a further distance. Finally, you will complete a mid thigh pull. For more information on the test and how best to prepare, please visit the following URL https://apply.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/can-i-join/fitness/physical-entry-standards Also, download the 100% ArmyFit app on apple and android devices. I hope this answers your question and I apologise no one has answered you sooner. Zoe
