Consider downloading the free 100% Armyfit app. This will give you a fitness programme and monitor your fitness progression. Remember - build up slowly so not to injure yourself. Army training is about building individuals up slowly so you are not expected to be super human when you join! The fitter you are the better you'll cope in training. Everyone will find they might be better at something than others - some will find running really easy but might find carrying weight difficult. Some might be amazing swimmers and super speedy in the pool but not so good on an assault course! Try and enjoy building up your fitness slowly and you'll see results. Good luck.
