Struggling to find information for the fitness tests so it would be great if I could get some guidance.

Hello. Thank you for your question.
Our fitness requirements are on our website and they are The Mid-Thigh Pull, Medicine Ball Throw and the 2km run and these will be tested at the Selection Centre.
My advice to you would be to download the 100% Army Fit App on Android or Apple and this will show you how best to prepare and become the standard for fitness to join the Army.
