Hi David,
If you are already in the Army then you will need to talk to your CoC and your RCMO about changing cap badge.
If you have not yet joined, then there are a few ways of becoming an army nurse. All these are explained on the website https://apply.army.mod.uk/roles/army-medical-service/army-nurse
You will need the correct qualifications, these are listed in the link above, but you can find more detailed information on the Birmingham University website if you are unsure.
