Can I transfer from reserve to regulars even though the army isn't taking on rejoiners? Or is this different

Depending on how long you've done in the Reserves, what courses you've completed,what capbadge you want to go in to etc etc it might be possible. It would be best to speak with one of the PSIs in your unit who could then advise you on who best to speak to.
