Hi, thanks for your question. Unfortunately we cannot take anyone who is visually impaired as everyone is required to be a soldier first (ie the combat skills including shooting) as well as do their trade. There are lots of civil service jobs who support the military or companies who work closely with the military (ie Lydos, DSTL etc). I hope this helps.
