Tori C.
Regimental Medical Officer
Hello,
I assume your question refers to combat medical technicians, if you meant another role please let me know.
All CMTs join as soldiers, during their career they may promote up the ranks for soldiers. Each year they will receive a report, these reports are reviewed by a board, and those who have performed well may be promoted. CMTs will have varied careers, but the promotions occur in the same way. Some CMTs later in their careers may go on to become late entry officers.
