Hi, i am assuming you mean at the Army Foundation COllege Harrogate? You will get to do your driving theory exams whilst at the college (which the army pays for) but won't get to do your practical until after you leave the college as there is time between leaving the college and arriving in unit for you to do a concentrated driving course (that the Army obviously pays for) and pass your test. I hope that helps.
