If you chose Cybersecurity as a job and meet the requirements for it you can go to Harrogate should you be the correct age. Although you won't promote straight away you will have the opportunity to promote to an NCO within a few years, this link will tell you more as to what is involved and what age you can start https://apply.army.mod.uk/roles/royal-signals/cyber-engineer.
