Hi Luke,
To be honest, assessment hasn't changed a great deal since i did it. I think the only real change has been with the fitness standards as it's now a bleep test until the 2km run is reintroduced, medicine ball throw and mid-thigh pull. Back when i did it it was a 1.5 mile run with press up's and sits up.
