In answer to your first question, getting in to the Regulars is the same process for Reserves as it is for civilians, so just go through the application process on the Army Jobs website and start getting the requirements out the way. There are some hurdles you will find easier to pass, like vetting, because as a Reservist you will have already done them.

In answer to your second question, yes - if you have done the jumps. Provided you have qualified, you will retain the ability to wear the badges of any courses you have completed. The includes things like pilot as well as para and commando courses.
