Hi Jerome. Thanks for your question. Throughout your entire career you have the chance to improve your skills. There is more formal training such as Phase 1 or Basic Training and then Phase 2 or Trade Training. Then when you get to Unit there are numerous courses and informal training within your Section or Troop so you are really advancing your skills the whole time. At the moment I am organising a large exercise which is definitely advancing my organisational and time management skills.
