As a Tank Crewman can you just stay as a driver instead of working your way through other roles in the Tank?

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your question
As a tank crewman you will generally start as a driver with the option to then move to the gunner role.
As you promote you’ll then move to the tank commander and be in charge of that vehicle.
