How often do tanks (crewmen) go on tour? And how long does it take to become Cpl, Sgt, and so on?

Thanks for your question.
There are a lot of variables to consider.
There are various brigades that have tank regiments in, it all depends on what that brigade have on their forecast of events. As a general guideline, every 2 years approx regiments get to go on tour.
With regards to promotion, it all depends on how motivated you are as an individual and again, what your unit is doing. You could reach the rank of Corporal after 6-8 years then Sergeant a further 3-4 years. It’s not a straight forward answer as it will depend on a lot of things.
I hope this answers your question
