Hi,
Assessment Centre (AC) results, as well as medical passes, are valid for exactly 1 year.
Although, it's best to book your AC date when you feel ready to join the British Army. This way your fitness will be at the expected standard. Everyone should still be able to meet the AC standards when they arrive at Basic Training.
