Really depends when you want to join. At 16 you would go to the Army foundation college Harrogate, you would still have enlisted but you will spend a period of time here before going to phase 2. You will still be paid in line with those who have joined as senior entry at phase 1.
If you choose to join at 18, you will go straight to phase 1 at either ATR Winchester, if it’s still open as they are due to combine the training at ATR Pirbright.you will either spend 20/48 weeks at AFC Harrogate or 14 weeks at one of the senior entry locations.
