Thanks for the question
If you download the army fit app it will give you an idea of where to start. The army website will have all the standards required for every job role including a space at AFC Harrogate.
If you have left school, I would recommend MPCT. They should have one within your area, going to one of these colleges will get you best prepared for the military.
