Hi, there is no ideal weight as it depends on the person, on their height etc etc. Ideally someone that can pass the fitness tests is what's important! BMI is also checked - but this is not completely scientific as rugby players tend to have high BMI but can be really fit! Not that helpful i'm afraid but it all really does depend on the individual.
