Hello David,
Thanks for the question! I cannot speak for the RLC process, but as a similar trade in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, our reservists undertake a compressed version of the equivalent Regular course across a 2 week period. This is due to the majority of the training being delivered and assessed via workbook back at the parent reserve unit.
