Hi, what is the training like for the Army reserves? Is it any different to the regular training?

Reservist Brigade SO2 SPS
The training is the same in terms of standard and syllabus but the way it's delivered is different. In the Regulars this would be delivered in a 14 week block, whilst in the Reserves it needs to fit around an individuals life / other job therefore it's delivered in smaller 'chunks'.
