Initial terms of service will commit you to serving for 3 years within the Army. However, with the diverse range of opportunities that the Army brings, I would suggest that 3 years service would not be enough time to achieve all of the opportunities that would be open to you as an Officer, on a personal development, operational and sporting / adventurous training front.
