i am stuck between Vehicle mechanic and aircraft technician if i go in as VM will i be able to work on aircraft overtime

REME Workshop 2nd in Command

These are two totally different trades. The simple answer is no you won't be able to dual trade like this. I would suggest doing some thorough research online to see what really takes your fancy. Both trades will gain you nationally recognised qualifications and enable you to deploy worldwide on exercise and operations.
