Hi Justice,
So once you've completed your trade training, you will be able to go onto other trade courses as you progress through your career. You'll also be able to do educational courses such as functional skills, literacy and numeracy.
So if you want to do well, and you know you need to do a certain course to progress up the rank structure just get it done.
I like to get the one I need to do for the next rank done as soon as possible then I don't need to worry about it.
