I'm not in the RMP, but I forwarded your question to one of our RMP officers, their reply is below.
'You need to be fit, professional, have a love for Policing and Soldiering and have strong, clear moral values. Not only will you follow the Army’s Values and Standards but also the Military Police Compass. This is the standard expected and which sets us apart from the wider Armed Forces. '
