So most people join a Regiment or Corps that they feel matches their interests. While we all undertake the same basic military training, there are many ways to diversify after that throughout your career and a huge range of roles available. I would recommend you pick a trade that excites and challenges you, and sparks your particular interests. You could try the Army's Role Finder tool here: https://apply.army.mod.uk/roles
