If after a few years as a CMT, I would like to leave the army, would I already be qualified for a job like a paramedic?

Hello,
The CMT qualification itself is not transferable to the NHS. If you left you would have to complete the full paramedic course to work as a paramedic.
However some CMTs will train as paramedics during their Army career.
