Tori C.
Regimental Medical Officer
Hello,
There is information on the army medical, including a short video, on our website https://apply.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/joining-process/soldier-recruitment-steps/soldier-assessment
It's nothing to worry about, my top tips would be appropriate underwear, don't use headphones or listen to loud music for a few days beforehand, bring a bottle of water with you, and if you wear glasses, don't forget them. There are no blood tests, which seems to be the main thing everyone worries about.
