Hello,
If by MD you mean a medical degree, then no, you will not be able to do this while training as a CMT.
You are unable to start a medical degree while serving, you are however able to apply for a bursary to help finance the final 3 years of your degree once you have already gained a place at medical school.
Occasionally CMTs will leave the Army to go on to study medicine, but you would still need to the required grades to get in to medical school.
