How do I apply for an army bursary for my vet uni degree and when do I apply?

At what point during my 1st/2nd year of veterinary university do I apply for the bursary? Plus, do I apply to the Army then for a bursary or vice versa? (Plus am I part of the Army if I've got a bursary but am not serving yet)

If you search Army fund university you will find a link with all of them answers on in more detail, when you apply for the bursary you will not be classed as a serving soldier and will only become a serving soldier once you have completed your degree then conducted your phase 1/ 2 training.
