Hello,

Tricky question!

There is no one thing that the Army is looking for, but they will be looking at you as a person, and part of that may be working out whether you are a good fit for the Army.

My advice would be to have a look at your CV and have a read of the following information, and see if you can try and do things that demonstrate you have the values the army is looking for https://www.army.mod.uk/who-we-are/our-people/a-soldiers-values-and-standards/

But otherwise, I would just try and show you are a proactive and well rounded person with a variety of interests/achievements.
