Hi, as an army reservists you are paid by the day. A drill night counts as 1/4 day but you are paid for your travel (petrol costs etc) to each drill night. Depending on your unit, if you were to work extra on drill evenings or attend a PT session, you could be paid 1/2 a days pay. I hope this helps.
