can i get a trade or qualification in engineering etc. while in an infantry role?

i want to join the parachute regt but i also want to get a trade or qualification in electrics or engineering so i have something for if i leave the army, is there any way i can be in the parachute regt and still get that?

The Parachute Regiments role is to be airborne infantry. However, there are many educational opportunities open to soldiers in all jobs. Before leaving the army you will get the opportunity to take part in resettlement training in order to prepare you for life as a civilian again
