Hello Sam and thank you for your question.
I am married and a father of two children so when I am away from them, it can be quite hard at times but with modern technology I am able to speak to them most of the time.
If I am overseas and the ability to speak to my family is limited, I have my mates to turn to if I am feeling down and they soon bring my spirits up.
I hope this helps answer your question and if you have any more, please ask.
