At first it may seem like a daunting and nerving concept but as time progresses and your training progresses you will learn new ways of coping with this and you will bond with other recruits. Everyone has these feelings and nerves before joining but this will settle down after a short while, there are ample facilities available for you to be able to keep in contact with your family throughout your initial stage of training.
