What to do if you don’t have a civie job and you are in the reserves can you do extra days?

Hi, it very much depends on the Reserve unit and what other jobs they could offer you, what you could do on extra days or courses you could do etc. There is certainly the possibility to do extra days as a reservist. It used to be maximum 180 days that you could do a year but this may have gone up (220 springs to mind) but i could be wrong - your local Reserve unit would be able to give you this information.
