Just the same way you do when you're not working!
Some will prefer to not have periods while they are on exercise or deployments as during those times hygiene facilities can be restricted - but many manage just fine. If you do decide you would prefer not to have a period while out on exercise then speak to your GP who will be able to go through the options available to you.
