Does any personnel suffer from Cerebral Palsy and what is it like within the corps?

Hi, unfortunately someone diagnosed with cerebral palsy will be medically non eligible to join the Army. Due to the physical nature of basic training that all soldiers have to complete someone with cerebral palsy would not be deemed physically robust enough for the rigour of training. Regardless of capbadge there will always be a chance of deploying (with kit and equipment) and the physical requirements that this entails. I'm really sorry.
