Good Morning Stephen and thanks for your question, Great to hear you're interested and you manage to keep fit with your current job! You are absolutely within the age range for joining the reserves. The regular Army has an upper age limit of 35, but the reserves are open until the age of 43. Your best thing for you to do is to apply online on the armyjobs website and select the Army Reserves option when prompted. Your local Army Reserve unit will then be in contact with you to discuss your next steps and what options you have. Hope this helps, and best of luck for the future!
