Good Afternoon and thanks for your question,
Firstly, every military camp has some form of gym on location, which is free to use for all serving personnel and their families whenever required. You will of course also have structured sessions in these gyms too as part of your Physical Training Programme, and the facilities inside are of the best quality.
The food can vary between different camps, but they're always very good at catering to peoples needs. Vegetarian and Vegan options are always a possibility as well as having a choice of either hot or cold food, all at a very reasonable price. The kitchens are generally a mixture of army chefs and civilian staff too, so you get a great variety of culinary tastes and experience in all of your meals.
