Combat Medical Technician
A biomedical scientist within the Army does the same job as a regular biomedical scientist difference being you will be trained for different environments the job description can be found on the link below. Most biomedical scientist work withing the Joint Hospital Group (JHG) which means that they are usually working as part of a NHS hospital with you additional responsibilities of being a soldier. As this is a very specialised role you will be given all of the information you need before you start your training by one of the specialists at the National recruitment centre (NRC)
