Hi there,
NO, Unfortunately you do not get LCpl after phase 2 training as a recovery mechanic. The only roles in the REME you get LCpl after training are the Technician roles due to the nature of what they do. Every other trade you will come out of training as a Craftsman and will have to be selected for promotion.
