Regimental Medical Officer
Hello,
Phase 2 training for CMTs is essentially one long course, so I wouldn't worry about doing any extra bits during that time. Following phase 2 you are able to apply for a variety of courses. Each year a full timetable is published of courses run by the defence medical services. Some courses are competitive and priority may be given to CMTs who are about to deploy etc..
Some examples of courses available include;
Battlefield Advanced Trauma Life Support
Team Medic Instructor
Blood donation, storage and supply
Immediate life support
Paediatric life support
Emergency management of severe burns
CBRN medic
Military Pre Hospital Emergency Care
