Hi! As a reserve officer, can I do my Job/training in the morning instead of evenings or weekends? I have students...

Still Edoardo R. here, just wanted to better explain "I have students" : I'm a piano teacher and in the evenings and weekends I've got private students, so I wouldn't be able to attend the reserve officer training/job in those moments.

I would be able to do the officer training in the morning, 9am to 4pm let's say, up to 4 times a week... is that possible?

Hi Edoardo,

Basically it depends on the unit you join. Many of them can be quite flexible in how you complete your training. It is also worth remembering that it is only one night a week and not every weekend. Depending on the unit you join, your minimum training commitment could be 19 or 27 days a year - rewarded with a tax-free lump sum called a bounty. This bounty increases after each year of service.
