Since I am studying, could you advice me which role would be best for me to apply as an IT student?

Hello Jubita, thank you for your question.
I cannot tell you what role to choose in the Army but I can tell you about mine which involves IT?
I am HR Specialist in the Adjutant General's Corps. My day-to-day routine will mainly take place in an office environment. I am responsible for the administration of my soldiers and officers and most of this is managed on computer systems.
Unfortunately you cannot do this role as a Reservist HR Officer as it's for ex regulars but have you considered doing a role like this full time? You could continue with IT work, as a regular officer in HR? You would study at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst for 44 weeks then study how to be HR Officer afterwards at Winchester for 11 weeks. This will mean you can continue working with IT but also gain military experience and life skills.
