The British Army maintains a soldier first ethos. That means that every person joining the British Army would be expected to perform as any other soldier. As a result, you would be subjected to the same medical process as any other candidate.
We have a number of roles within the Cyber Warfare arena and all of these require a degree of deployability.
This is not a forum to be discussing personal medical issues, however; what I will say is if you think that the problem with your back has now fully healed, submit an application and let the doctors make an informed decision. Remember, when we don't accept people on medical grounds, it is not done so on a whim. The most important thing to us is making sure we do not cause any further damage to you and risk causing further problems for you later on in life. Life in the army is very physically demanding and can exacerbate any existing conditions.
