Training is demanding yes, but it’s one of the best experiences you’ll have in your life. You will go through highs and lows but you won’t be alone. The people you share this experience with will be life long friends, and some you may consider to be more like family. Training is also about self discovery, learning who you really are. If you are not challenged or stretched; you will not grow.
