Hi Sara, In terms of entry requirements, the website should hopefully have answered your question https://apply.army.mod.uk/roles/army-medical-service/veterinary-officer But in summary, you either need to be qualified, or be at veterinary school. Once you have been successful in your application (Apply via the website, undergo officer selection at Westbury, complete your medical, pass the AMS interview) you will attend the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst to complete the short commissioning course (formerly known as the professionally qualified officers course). I am not sure how long it is now, but I think it is about 10 weeks. After this you will attend Phase 2 training, my knowledge on this is a bit hazy I'm afraid and I am not sure if it has changed recently. I am fairly sure for Vets it is on the shorter side. Salary starts at around £42,000, and will increase yearly.
