I'm a vet student and wondered if I can work in practice for a year or 2 as long as I start in Sandhurst by my 29th birthday

Hello, If you have received a bursary to help you through your studies, then it is anticipated that you will start with the army straight after your studies. Though having said that, it’s not unheard of to take a year out after graduating. If you don’t have a bursary, you can join whenever you like after graduating (as long as you meet the age requirements), just remember to bear in mind that an application can take around a year from start to entering Sandhurst, if not longer.
