Office work in the Royal Logistic Corps is generally done by Senior Ranks and the Junior ranks do the more labour intensive work. If you are interested in office work however, we do have the Adjutant Generals Corps (AGC) who specialise in HR and finance. It would be difficult for me to comment on similar job roles in the Navy and RAF however I am aware they have similar job roles. If you require further information on this question I would recommend speaking to your local careers office who will be able to explain the intricate details of these job roles.

Being in the Army I am obviously biased towards the Green. All have their pros and Cons. I am in a Logistics type trade in an engineering environment which provides different challenges to standard logistics.

I like the fact I can dip in and out of trade and perform different functions. As a Sgt I was employed at a Phase 1 training establishment to train recruits, I then returned to Logistics, albeit in an instructional capacity on promotion to SSgt.

The Army provides a myriad of career options and opportunities so you can diversify as little or as much as you want.

Regards

Robbo
