I have 8yrs of management experience and I'm considering a career move. What can the army offer?

As a manger though, there are so many options available to you. I would recommend considering a career as an officer so that you start at managerial level. However if you join as a soldier, after a few years and promotion you will me given supervisory roles and then o to junior management positions.
