For the medical issue it would be best to start an application and then discuss with the medical team as we can not answer medical questions as everyone is an individual and this would need to be assessed. Our asthma policy has recently changed to allow more people with this condition to join but I could not advice on your specific circumstances as a medical professional would need to check your medical history. As a manger though, there are so many options available to you. I would recommend considering a career as an officer so that you start at managerial level. However if you join as a soldier, after a few years and promotion you will me given supervisory roles and then o to junior management positions.
Check out: https://apply.army.mod.uk/searchresults for some for detail on joining the Army as an officer.
